Mustard Seeds Wellness was born from lived experience — walking alongside my mother through dementia, grief, and healing.
I’m an Emotional Wellness Educator who helps people understand their emotions, calm their nervous systems, and practice peace in real life — especially during seasons of grief, caregiving, and transition.
My work blends evidence-informed tools such as:
