Mustard Seeds Wellness was born from lived experience — walking alongside my mother through dementia, grief, and healing.
I’m an Emotional Wellness Educator and Coach. Through evidence-informed tools like Positive Psychology, HeartMath® techniques, emotional regulation practices and education, and mindfulness tools, I help people:
